EFSEDAN MOROCCAN TEA

The iconic Moroccan tea is made by steeping green tea with a generous handful of mint leaves—sometimes also made from other mint or herbs—and traditionally served in small glass cups. Although there is no agreement as to when tea will be brought to Morocco, drinking tea is engraved in the local culture and not a day will pass when you are not drunk, offered, or served a cup of this wonderful warm and soothing beverage. Many families serve tea more than once a day, and Moroccan hospitality dictates that one should always serve mint tea to both guests and prospective guests.
