The patient complains of grumbling (producing deep continuous sound) and pain in the abdomen. He also sends out acidic belches and his mouth discharges saliva in a large quantity. He feels that in his body there is a mass of steam which sometimes rushes upwards to his head and sometime downward. If the mass rushes towards the heart, it seems to be bursting or sinking. Flatulence causes sleeplessness, loss of appetite and constipation. The patient also complains of passing red urine.
Dosage: 2.5 grams (half a teaspoonful) with water in the morning and in the evening or as directed by the physician.
